How to launch and pay for ChatGPT ads from any country
We work in your OpenAI ad account or through ours if self-service access is not available in your country. Here is where ads are shown and how payment works.
Can you advertise?
Company in Russia
We launch through our ad account. Ads reach audiences abroad: ChatGPT ads are not shown in Russia.
Company in the UAE, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Europe, the US
You can open your own OpenAI ad account. We work in it: you add us as a user and pay OpenAI directly.
Company in Armenia, Georgia or another country without access
You cannot open an OpenAI ad account there yet. We launch through ours, with ads under your brand.
No foreign card
You pay our USD invoice by bank transfer, and we top up the ad account.

According to OpenAI, ChatGPT ads are available in 89 countries (as of October 21, 2026). Opening your own Ads Manager account is a separate list: your company must be registered in one of 89 countries and territories where Ads Manager is available (checked October 26, 2026). OpenAI country list
Where there are no ads
Countries without ads
Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Moldova and Georgia — per OpenAI’s list as of 26 October 2026. We do not use VPNs and do not promise impressions in these countries.
New accounts
A new ad account sometimes starts in its country of registration only — Korea in our case. Other countries become available after verification. We confirm the exact geography before the contract.
How payment works
Agree on countries and budget
We check your company and website and confirm where ads can run.
Contract and invoice
In your account, you pay OpenAI for ads directly and pay us for our work. Through ours — a contract with TRADER GO and a USD invoice.
Bank transfer
Payment by transfer, no foreign card needed. We top up the ad account.
Completion certificate and report
At the end — a certificate of completion and an ad spend report.
Documents and taxes
Paying a foreign company for services may create tax obligations for you, such as VAT — please check with your accountant. We do not provide tax advice.
