1.1. This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) describes how personal data of visitors to tradergoagent.com (the “Website”) is collected, used, stored, transferred, protected and deleted.

1.2. The data controller is TRADER GO, registered in the Republic of Korea under registration number 602-08-85437, at 85 Dongyeong-ro, Jung-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea (the “Company”).

1.3. The Company operates under the trade name TraderGoAgent and provides digital advertising, campaign setup and management services.

1.4. Processing is conducted in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and other mandatory laws applicable to a particular processing activity.

1.5. The Company follows the principles of lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization and confidentiality.

2. Categories of personal data

2.1. When users submit contact forms or business inquiries, the Company may collect: website or project address; target countries and regions; the company’s country of registration (optional); contact details (email, telephone or Telegram); inquiry or message content; and the page from which the inquiry was submitted.

2.2. Technical information, including IP address, submission date and time, the referral source and advertising tags (UTM), may be recorded to operate and protect the forms and to measure advertising channel performance.

2.3. Subject to any required consent, web analytics data may include visited pages, on-site actions and device characteristics.

2.4. Public forms do not request passwords, payment card details, identity document copies or special categories of personal data.

2.5. Users are advised not to include such information in free-text messages.

3. Purposes and legal bases

3.1. Processing purposes include responding to inquiries; consultations; preparing proposals; entering into and performing contracts; business communications; website security and abuse prevention; and website and campaign analytics where the necessary consent is obtained.

3.2. Processing relies on a legal basis available under applicable law, including consent, contractual or pre-contractual necessity, or compliance with legal obligations.

3.3. Data is not used for purposes incompatible with those originally stated without an appropriate legal basis.

3.4. Marketing communications are sent only where legally permitted, including separate consent where required.

4. Retention periods

4.1. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes unless a longer period is required by law.

4.2. Unconverted inquiries are retained for 12 (twelve) months after the communication ends, unless another lawful basis applies.

4.3. Contract-related records are retained for periods required under applicable accounting, tax and other laws.

4.4. Security logs (web server logs containing IP addresses) are retained by the hosting provider for no more than 10 (ten) days and are deleted automatically through daily rotation. Technical data recorded together with an inquiry (IP address, date and time) is retained with that inquiry for the periods set out in clauses 4.2–4.3.

4.5. At the end of the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymized unless further retention is legally justified.

5. Service providers and disclosures

5.1. The Company does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their independent advertising use.

5.2. Providers of hosting, technical infrastructure, email and web analytics may be engaged.

5.3. Such providers receive data only as necessary for their services and subject to applicable confidentiality and security requirements.

5.4. The Company engages the following service providers:

  • Webnames.ru (hosting, Russian Federation) — website hosting, receipt and storage of inquiries, the mailbox for inquiries and correspondence (leads@tradergoagent.com), web server logs;
  • Yandex LLC — Yandex Metrica (Russian Federation) — web analytics, only after the user’s consent;
  • Telegram — internal notifications about new inquiries in a private staff chat (inquiry number, type and page, referral source and time — without name, contact details, website address or message), and communication if the user chooses Telegram;
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — Cloudflare Workers (USA) — secure relay of internal notifications from the Website to Telegram; no personal data from inquiries is relayed or stored.

Providers process data solely to deliver their services to the Company, under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

5.5. Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities where required or permitted by law.

6. International data transfers

6.1. The Company’s international operations and external services may involve processing outside the Republic of Korea.

6.2. International transfers take place only in compliance with applicable requirements, including notice, consent or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6.3. Where required by law, the Company discloses recipients, destination countries, purposes, data categories and processing periods.

6.4. Actual international transfers:

  • Russian Federation — hosting provider Webnames.ru: inquiry data (website address, target countries, contact details, message content, submission page, IP address, date and time) and web server logs; Yandex LLC: Yandex Metrica analytics data — only after consent;
  • Other countries — personal data from inquiries is not transferred outside the Russian Federation. Internal Telegram notifications (relayed via Cloudflare, Inc., USA) contain only the inquiry number, type, page, referral source and time.

Transfers take place when an inquiry is submitted or the Website is visited, over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS), for the purposes set out in section 3 and for the periods set out in section 4. Users can refuse analytics in the cookie settings, or contact the Company by other means instead of the web form.

7. Cookies and web analytics

7.1. The Website may use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies.

7.2. Yandex Metrica is used to assess traffic and advertising channel performance.

7.3. Analytics technologies requiring consent are activated only after consent is obtained.

7.4. Users can adjust consent through the Website’s cookie settings.

7.5. Rejecting optional analytics cookies should not prevent use of essential inquiry forms.

7.6. Fonts are served from the Website’s own server; no third-party font services or advertising pixels (including OpenAI Ads) are used.

7.7. Details of cookies, lifetimes and providers should be available in cookie settings or a separate notice.

7.8. Blog article ratings (1 to 5 stars) are stored on the Website’s server in the Russian Federation without names or contact details. To prevent repeated ratings, an irreversible hash of the IP address is kept; the IP address itself is not stored. Your rating is remembered in your browser to show it on your next visit.

8. Security measures

8.1. The Company takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the processing and its risks.

8.2. These may include access controls, secure transmission, system access monitoring, software updates and restrictions on unauthorized access.

8.3. Access is limited to persons who require the data for employment or contractual duties.

9.3. The Company may request reasonable identity verification to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

9.4. Requests are handled within legally applicable periods, with explanations provided where required if a request cannot be fulfilled.

10.4. Records subject to mandatory retention are segregated or access-restricted until the retention period expires.

11. External services and artificial intelligence

11.1. TraderGoAgent’s work in digital advertising and AI does not, by itself, mean that Website visitor data is automatically shared with AI developers.

11.2. If external AI services process client personal data, their purposes, legal bases, data categories and processing terms must be determined separately.
